Subject: [PATCH v2 04/16] udp: Don't connect "forward" sockets for spliced flows
Date: Thu, 24 Nov 2022 12:16:47 +1100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20221124011659.1024901-5-david@gibson.dropbear.id.au> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20221124011659.1024901-1-david@gibson.dropbear.id.au>
Currently we connect() the socket we use to forward spliced UDP flows.
However, we now only ever use sendto() rather than send() on this socket
so there's not actually any need to connect it. Don't do so.
Rename a number of things that referred to "connect" or "conn" since that
would now be misleading.
