[PATCH 1/2] tcp: Rename "retrans" of struct tcp_tap_conn and tcp_tap_transfer

Rename "retrans" of struct tcp_tap_conn and tcp_tap_transfer to
"retries", so it can be reused to retry for SYN_TIMEOUT.
